说明（Description）

此函数在用户自行注册新站点以及超级管理员创建新站点时运行。勾选“wpmu_new_blog”以了解应该影响所有新网站的事件。在子目录安装中，$domain与主站点的域相同，路径是子目录名（例如'example.com网站'和'/blog1/'）。在子域安装中，$domain是新的子域+根域（例如'blog1。example.com网站“），而$path是'/'。
