get_comment_author_link( int|WP_Comment $comment_ID )
检索指向当前注释作者URL的HTML链接。
Retrieves the HTML link to the URL of the author of the current comment.
说明（Description）
get_comment_author_url（）和get_comment_author（）都依赖于get_comment（），如果$comment_ID参数为空，则返回全局comment变量。
